I asked Gavin to prepare a training plan for a tough 100 mile event. The plan was extremely thorough. Gavin had initially taken the time to ask about what my goals and motivations were and the type of training I was currently doing and wanted to continue to do, and where appropriate incorporated that into the plan, which makes it achievable and more realistic to follow than other plans I’ve seen. He was also able to provide practical advice on athlete fuelling. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Gavin as a coach.
