GUIDED FELL & TRAIL RUNS IN THE PEAK DISTRICT

Explore the Peak District with a Local Resident & Certified UK Athletics Off-Road Run Leader

ITC Certificate in Outdoor First Aid at SCQF Level 6

I’m Gavin Peach, a lifelong runner and climber with an unparalleled passion for the Peak District. Based in the High Peak, I live close to the towns of Chapel-en-le-Frith, Whaley Bridge, and Chinley, just a 10-15 minute drive from Edale, Hayfield, and Buxton. This ideal location gives me easy access to the diverse terrain of both the Dark Peak and White Peak, perfect for exploring stunning hills, trails, and valleys.

I offer tailored running experiences for individuals and groups, designed to suit all abilities. Whether you want to push your limits on steep ascents like Kinder Scout, enjoy the rugged beauty of Bleaklow, or explore the winding paths of South Head and Chinley Churn, I can create a run that meets your goals. From technical challenges to more relaxed outings, I ensure every route is carefully planned to deliver the best of the Peak District.

With a lifetime spent running and climbing in this area, I bring both deep local knowledge and a strong skillset to my guiding. I’m a UK Athletics Off-Road Run Leader, a UESCA Ultra Running Coach, and Outdoor First Aid Qualified. Safety and enjoyment are always my priorities, whether we’re on remote moorland, rocky edges, or quiet trails.

If you’re training for a big event, looking to build confidence off-road, or simply keen to explore the Peak District’s iconic landscapes, I can help. Let’s take on this stunning terrain together and create a run that works for you.
